Kathryn is taking new clients for Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy that will involve working with psychiatric issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD and other related mood disorders. She will see couples for problem-­focused counseling using yoga, ayurveda and psychology for brief treatment only.
